- Amount of membership fee is $165 due Annually and should be paid by Jan 1 and late if not paid by Jan 31. Payments after Jan 31 incur a 10% compounding per month late fee.
- The bylaws for the HOA require a prorated payment by any new property owner.

- No refund for current HOA member for sale.
